On January 21, 2020, the CEO of Sairui Mall, M. Zhang Yuan held a conference where a number of questions were asked by the members and partners regarding the Sairui concept and more importantly regarding the delay in products shipping and delivery that is creating doubts in partners and prospects minds about the future of Sairui in Africa. It is no secret that Sairui has lately been struggling to keep up with product demand; it looks more like the company was caught by surprise and did not expect such a rush in embracing their incredible concept of New Retail, especially in Africa where they have most of their partners. Several new partners are still waiting for their Quantum energy products to experience for themselves the unbelievable effects they see on short Youtube videos. This problem is exacerbated in the diaspora where many more prospects would like to join but are unsure because of the fact that they may never receive their products, that first have to go to Africa where their service center is located before being sent to them abroad. We hope that Sairui will really consider the buying power that the African diaspora represents and opens up a service center somewhere in North America (Canada or the US) and eventually in Europe when the need arises.

In response to the above inquiries, the Sairui and its CEO thanked the members and partners for an incredible partnership since Sairui Mall launched almost a year ago in Africa and then went over the reasons behind the delay in products shipping which he said are going to be resolved soon and more rewards are going to be awarded to the best performing leaders.
