In its official communication Nr 29, the CHY Mall management team in Ghana changes the rules on how Recharges/Reloads and withdrawals are done in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Togo.
The company goes from having all service centers in the country selling CHY points for Recharge/Reloads and also exchanging points for cash on withdrawals, to making only Country Representatives and Warehouse Centers in charge of these transactions.
Another decision has been to bring down the CHY point exchange rate in the Ivory Coast from 700 CFA francs to 610 CFA francs.
This decision was made because some members complained about the difference in price when they buy CHY points vs when they sell them; another major reason behind the decision is to counter those hoping to buy cheap, for instance at Cedis price or bitcoins and sell high at CFA rate. This of course tends to have an impact on the cash flow. Let us all accompany this decision and help this change take place smoothly.
