Just like any new business taking one step at the time, CHY Mall continues, one step at the time, to move towards becoming the future continental leader in e-commerce on the African continent thanks to its New Retail concept. The concept is so revolutionary that I will not be surprised if other companies try to copy it. While it may look like crowd-funding which also a form of funding a new company with the hope if/when things go well to receive a product, CHY Mall came up with New Retail which people love so much that registration has been rocketing.
ONE STEP AT THE TIME
After the successful system migration a few weeks ago, the next major step has been to set up a full-size customer service which has been working very well solving various problems that partners may face in their daily CHY Mall New Retail operations. This post aims at sharing that information with all leaders so they know what number to contact the customer service on. One thing I should say is that these numbers are for Whatsapp only as they will not take calls.
