ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SERVICE CENTER
It is important for partners to understand what a service center is and its role and responsibilities within the CHY Mall opportunity; this will help clear up lots of misunderstandings for a smoother relationship between the partners and the service center.
The service center is a CHY Mall partner with greater responsibilities compared with the regular partners; there is an official communication that details the conditions to become a service center and when all those conditions are met, you can apply and have the head office in Accra review your application and give you a response at their own discretion. As we all know, the CHY Mall New Retail concept that we all love and cherish involves buying one product at New Retail price and this is the action that enables the trading partner to buy two other products at a wholesale price that CHY Mall then sells for the partner after 11 to 12 days. The product purchased at New Retail price is shipped to the service center for the partner to pick up. After a certain amount of products have been purchased, they are shipped by the company to the service center; NOT TO PARTNERS PRIVATE ADDRESS. The partners are then informed of the products’ arrival and they can visit the Service Center to collect them. For those living far away from the service center, they can get in touch with the service center and arrange for the shipping of their products at their own expenses.
While it remains the duty of the upline to train their downlines on the CHY Mall business opportunity, the Service Center has the responsibility to coach every partner registered with them at a higher level; more on the operational level. This type of information may not be available to the upline, which makes that role fall on Service Center responsibilities. Resetting passwords, initiating business-related disputes, explaining the subtleties of the compensation plan, holding information sessions about the business for new or potential prospects, etc. All these information sessions can only be organized when proper health and safety conditions are met, especially given the current pandemic. In Africa, Service Centers have the ability to step in as middleman in a P2P transaction where two partners can exchange CHY points for cash. - A picture of the bank receipt showing all information including date, time and amount
CRYPTO-CURRENCY: BITCOIN OR ETHERUM
The second option to fund your CHY Mall account is using Bitcoins. This is one of the options I recommend the most for people in the diaspora since it can help get your funds into the system faster so you can start trading right away. Many are very worried about bitcoins because of its volatility; however, using bitcoins in this particular case is different from investing in bitcoins. Bitcoins here are only used as a means of transferring your funds into your CHY Mall account. The volatility, in this case, is very minimal on your transaction. The only problem that most people here face is the fact that they either have to go out and exchange (ATM, Online, or some physical stores) their money into some digital currency they hear of from the first time or need to create an account with another company that will help them exchange their local currency into one of the crypto-currency accepted by CHY Mall. The choice of Shakepay has to do with the ability to do an email money transfer from your bank account to your Shakepay account which makes the process more convenient since one can do it virtually from anywhere providing they have an internet connection and a computer or cellphone. - In the USA, most partners use Cash App which seems to be very popular in the country. While I personally never used Cash App since it is only available to US residents, you can click on this LINK to watch videos that will help you understand how to use Cash App for Bitcoin transactions such as exchanging, sending or receiving Bitcoins.
MONEY TRANSFER SERVICES
Even though this option has not been publicly disclosed yet, this could be the way to go in the future for those who don’t want to deal with Bitcoin and also others if the money can be deposited fast and securely into the CHY Mall account.
Several money transfer services such as Transferwise or Worldremit now offer the option to deposit/send funds into mobile money accounts in Africa; in Europe, an app called TapTap Send offers a similar service and many in UK and Germany, for instance, are using it for that purpose. CHY Mall in Accra does have a mobile money account, meaning that if such a money transfer service is available for you, you should be able to use it to fund your CHY Mall account. In order to prevent people from losing their hard-earned money, the number will not be provided in this article. Always contact the service center for the most current number and the recharge should happen using this method within 10 minutes max if not sooner according to the main office.
When using this method, always make sure to enter your username in the “Reference” field so the company knows which account to fund. If these steps are followed properly, you should not have to contact the service center as the money will be deposited in max 10 minutes. If you still have not received the money in your account after 10 minutes, then contact your service center by text message and provide them with the following information:
- Amount of CHY points
- Amount of money in Ghanaian Cedi
- A picture of your transfer receipt clearly showing the date, username, and amount transferred.
FUNDS WITHDRAWAL FROM CHY MALL ACCOUNT
The other very important function of a service center is to support withdrawals. Not by paying out partners since the money comes from CHY Mall, not from the Service center; but by facilitating the process and confirming the legitimacy of the request with the head office in Accra.
For most partners in the diaspora, whether in America, in Europe, or anywhere else in the world, Bitcoin withdrawal is the only method we can use. Once the Bitcoins are transferred into your Bitcoin wallet, you can exchange them back to your local currency and transfer it to your bank account.
